12 BDT Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Policies and Rules

These terms and conditions apply to the 12 BDT platform and all of its services. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 12 BDT (the service provider).

By accessing the 12 BDT website, mobile site, or app, creating an account, placing bets, participating in gaming, or using any of our services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend reading all terms carefully.

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, an amicable resolution through discussion will always be attempted first.
• 12 BDT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.

To open an account with 12 BDT, the following conditions must be met. Unverified accounts will have restricted access and will not be able to make withdrawals.

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Identity: All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• One Account: A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is required using a National ID card or passport.
• Address Verification: Proof of address may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.

12 BDT reserves the right to accept or reject any registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and security details confidential.

Financial transactions on 12 BDT are simple, secure, and transparent. We offer deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳50,000 for regular members. Separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Payment Processing Time: Typically 15 minutes for bKash/Nagad, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• KYC Not Completed Withdrawal processing may be put on hold.

Withdrawals will only be sent back to the mobile number or bank account used to make the deposit. Funds sent through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

12 BDT offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on your first deposit. Before withdrawing, the total of deposit + bonus must be wagered x20 times.
• Reload Bonus: 50% reload bonus every Monday. Wagering requirement x15.
• Cashback: 10% cashback on weekly losses. Withdrawable with no wagering requirement.
• Free Spins: Applicable to selected games. A x25 wagering requirement applies before winnings can be withdrawn.

12 BDT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply at all times when betting on 12 BDT. 12 BDT's decision regarding the acceptance or cancellation of any bet is final.

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 (ten BDT).
• Maximum Bet: Varies by event and market, up to a maximum of ৳1,00,000.
• Odds Changes: If odds change before confirmation, the bet will be confirmed at the updated odds.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds in live betting can change rapidly. 12 BDT is not liable for any delays or connection issues.
• Technical Error: Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error will be voided.

The following terms apply to participation in the 12 BDT casino and lottery sections. All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly audited by a third party.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for all casino games is published transparently.
• Game outcomes cannot be manipulated or tampered with in any way.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet placed in that round will be refunded.
• Lottery draw results cannot be changed once they have been officially published.
• If your connection drops during a Live Casino game, the result saved on the server shall be final.

12 BDT features games from a variety of game providers. Each provider may have its own rules, which are aligned with 12 BDT's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12 BDT platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Using hacking, cracking, or any other unlawful technical means.
• Using automated bots or software for betting or gaming.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to disrupt 12 BDT's systems or services.

12 BDT reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances.

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or failing KYC verification.
• In the interest of account security (suspicious activity).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• As required by law or directed by a regulatory authority.

Before closing an account, 12 BDT will generally notify the user of the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, immediate action will be taken in cases of fraud or illegal activity.

12 BDT is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Limit your continuous gaming sessions.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit to stop automatically after a certain amount of losses.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere from 6 months to permanently.
