Account & Registration

To create an account at 12 BDT, you'll need: an active Bangladeshi mobile number, your full name, date of birth (must be 18+), and a strong password. Email is optional. A national ID or passport will be required later for KYC verification. Registration is completely free and takes just 2 minutes. Click here to get started.

Maximum of one per person One account Permitted. However, if multiple accounts are opened using the same mobile number, the same ID, or the same device, all associated accounts will be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is carried out in compliance with international financial security regulations. KYC is mandatory before making a withdrawal. Upload the front and back of your National ID or passport via Profile Settings. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Name changes are generally not permitted, as they are tied to KYC verification. To change your mobile number, please contact support and complete identity verification. The process typically takes 3–5 business days.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Currently at 12 BDT bKash, Nagad and bank transfer are accepted. These are Bangladesh's most popular and fastest mobile banking methods. More payment options will be added in the future.

Minimum Deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000. Higher limits apply for VIP members.
